At Home AMRAP

Use this one to work a little of everything and keep that heart rate up! Don’t have any equipment available, follow the exercises below. Have some DB’s or a hotel gym to use?? Replace any exercise below with a weighted one of your choice. (Pick something you want to work more on).

25 min AMRAP: (As Many Rounds As Possible) Rest as needed in between rounds, trying to get as many as you can in 25 minutes. 

Odd Rounds:
30 Pushups
20 Dips
10 Burpees

Even Rounds:
30 BW squats
20 Step-ups total (use stairs or a bench etc.)
10 Lemon Squeezers
