Burpee Tabata!

What could be more fun ! (OK…. a lot fo things- BUT this one is good for you in the long run! I promise!!)

We are breaking down a burpee with this Tabata challenge:

Tabata- 8 rounds of 20sec ON, 10sec OFF of:

1. Pushups

2. Double leg Mt. Climbers (Jumping both feet into your chest and back out. Regular Mt. Climbers as modification.)

3. Squat Jumps

4. Burpees

*Complete all 8 rounds of one exercise before moving onto the next. More of a challenge? Go through this workout continuously without any breaks.
