At Home & on the Go Workout Series- How quick can you make it through?

Can’t make it inot boot camp class??? No worries try this one out and you’ll be sure to get that HR up and feel accomplished when you’re finished!!

Perform the following as quickly as you can, while moving in good form:
2:00 of jumping jacks (or jump rope)
1:00 Mt. Climbers
40 pushups
1:00 Mt. Climbers
30 dips
1:00 Mt. Climbers
20 burpees 🙂
1:00 Mt. Climbers
30 dips
1:00 Mt. Climbers
40 pushups
1:00 Mt. Climberss
2:00 of jumping jacks or jump rope

*For an added total body challenge- peform this list again but substitute the pushups for squat jumps and the dips for lunges on each leg.
