At Home & On the Go Workout Series- Rest When You’re Done!

This workout is a great option to keep that HR up the entire time. To work at the right intensity for this workout, you will need to try to get as many reps as you can at each exercise before switching to the next. Each exercise will be performed for 40sec, and the exercises will be performed back to back with no rest in between. That’s the challenge- trying to move the entire time, saving the rest for the end!

Perform as many reps as possible fo the following for 40 sec. each:
Triceps Pushups
Regular Pushups
Plank-Ups
Dips
Split-Lunge Jumps
Lunges
Squat Jumps
Wall Sit
*Rest 1:00min after making it through the list
Complete this 4x
