We all start somewhere. But as we progress in the gym, it can be difficult at times to “choose” what options are best for us and decide how to progress and safely challenge ourselves in the workouts. Especially when there are so many options!
So A) always remain positive about your progress B) watch the above video for tips on how to progress yourself with form, technique and intensity for movements we do in class. As you become stronger, you can add-in more intensity and speed with exercises. But knowing when to safely do this is HUGE! So check-out the video and ask your coaches for more tips in class!!
