Let’s have some fun with reps with this descending ladder at-home workout!! Descending ladder just means that we will be counting down in reps each round. (Which can be mentally easier than counting up! LOL)
Perform the following rep scheme:
20-16-12-8-4 of:
-Dips
-Burpees
-Sumo Squats
So you will perform 20 dips, 20 burpees, 20 sumo squats and then decrease by 4 reps each round you complete. For an added challenge count back up to 20 once you finish the round of 4. Watch the above video for full description and exercise demonstrations!! Happy Workout!
