Gotta Count Up- At home and on the go workout series

Gotta Count Up!

This is a great workout that can be adapted for any workout area you have! You can even add weights to some of the exercises if you have them. 

Perform the following: The reps count up as you move through the workout
10 Leg Lifts
10 Hand Release Pushups
* Cardio of your choice (1 lap around the block outside, 2:00 of rowing etc.)
20 Lemon Squeezers
20 Lunges ea. leg
* Cardio of your choice (1 lap around the block outside, 2:00 of rowing etc.)
30 Leg Lifts
30 Hand Release Pushups
* Cardio of your choice (1 lap around the block outside, 2:00 of rowing etc.)
40 Lemon Squeezers
40 Lunges ea. leg
* Cardio of your choice (1 lap around the block outside, 2:00 of rowing etc.)

Perform the list multiple times for an added challenge OR as many times through as you can for a certain amount of time like an AMRAP. 

*The cardio can be different each round or the same throughout, but it’s your choice! Pick something that allows you to enjoy the weather outside, or to accomodate a piece of cardio equipment that you have access to at your home or on vacation.
