We hear these questions from our members all the time. How do we make our workouts? How do we program? AND why does it even matter? Well it does matter, and it can be an important part of how people get results and improve their health and fitness. Sure, you can add-in burpees or box jumps to make any workout more difficult, but are you at a gym where the workouts are programmed with progression in mind so that you are truly working towards your goals? Well, if you aren’t, then you should be.
Consistent movement can make you sweat, but making sure the workouts hit certain muscle groups or intensities ensures that you are staying balanced and continue to lose weight and/or get stronger. These are just a few things that go into the way we program at Edge Body Omaha. Every workout, every week is crafted to fit our members needs and to make sure everyone is moving one step closer to where they want to be in their health and fitness. Oh and we have some fun along the way too. 🙂
