EMILY C!!!
Been killing it since day one! OK, she was a little more nervous on day one than she is now, but this one is a worker through and through!! We love seeing her smiling face during the day and she recently got her husband to join in on the fun too and comes with him sometimes in the early morning. That’s the key- even if she has to squeeze in the workouts at different times with her busy schedule, she does!!
This lady absolutely leaves it all on the mat and look at her here being an awesome role model to her kids! Squat guurl!!!! She continues to perfect form and is getting stronger and leaner by the day.
We hope that she’s seen all the improvements that we’ve seen! Can’t wait to see her crush 1-rep max testing in a couple weeks. Rock it Emily!!!!!
