Jeff!!!! You earned this one dude!
Had to give this guy a shout-out for getting back into a routine and absolutely killing his lifts the last couple weeks. Here he is rocking out his bench (and he hit an even heavier one after this video!). Jeff and his wife Jillian (also a member), welcomed a baby girl a little over a year ago and had been dealing with life’s craziness and learning how to get back into the swing of things. Now, he’s a staple at the noon or 4:30 class and always works his butt off! Bench was just one of his many new PR’s!
Plus he’s doing his part at home to also help support Jillian in her workout and nutrition goals as well. 🙂
