Jillian has been kicking a** in class for quite some time now, both before, during and after pregnancy. She took a brief break to recooperate after the birth of her daughter, and then when she was able to, came right back in the gym pushing towards her goals.
Like many of us, she was hitting some new road blocks she wasn’t used to and realized that after pushing it in the gym for several months post-partum she wasn’t making all the strives she’d hoped for. That’s when she knew it was time to also focus on nutrition in order to maximize her workouts and her health/fitness goals.
