Building habits is key to living a healthy lifestyle. But to change our bodies we must first change our mind.
She started Edge Body in Feb 2018 to get back into an exercise routine after an injury on the 4th of July sidelined her fitness progress. She started off slow, attending 3x a week and slowly began relizing she was capable of so much more. Sara is a rockstar in class and rocked out individual nutrition coaching, but that doesn’t mean the road was always easy. She learned how to put herself first and was willing to put the work in day after day.
She has lost almost 25 pounds since September 2018 and dropped several clothing sizes. PLUS she is stronger than ever in AND out of the gym. I am so so proud of this lady and what she continues to conquer. Listen to her journey and progress in the above video!
