Tim, this one if yours!!
He is such a great addition to the early morning crew! I constantly hear the coaches talking about Tim’s attitude and work ethic. He’s always busting his butt in each class and pushing through.
Tim is definitely quiet and even when a coach gives him heavier DB’s to use during a workout, he just smiles and puts in the work. He may think we don’t notice, since he’s not going to be the loudest person in the group, but his effort speaks volumes. This guy is super consistent and you can already see the work paying off, not only in his strength, but in his muscle mass too.
We love having you Tim!! The morning wouldn’t be the same without ya. Never stop pushing yourself the way you are- it will cotinue to pay off. Here he is above rocking out early morning class!
