Yes!! All appointments are scheduled between you and your coach. So even extra accountability to show up and workout, becuase your coach is coming in just to meet with you!
Absolutely not! Personal training can be for improved mobility and range of motion. Many of us suffer from limited mobility as a result of our jobs, being stuck at a desk all day or previous injuries. Plus, some personal training clients just want to supplement the class workouts OR work on technique for a specific movement like a squat or rehab an injury. Endless possibilties!
