We all need workouts from time to time when we are out of town or can’t make it into class (or the gym). But what about when we need some “me” time to reset (or just need to get away from the kids lol)?? Or maybe you’ve been under the weather for a couple weeks and need a “tester” workout to see if you’re ready to come back to class. These at-home workouts are great for that! They get you moving, use minimal equipment (if any) and don’t take up too much time.
Try this one next time you’re in this situation!!
Perform 50-40-30-20-10 of: (50 ab mat situps, 50 squat jumps, 40 ab mat situps, and so on until 10)
-Ab mat situps
*Add in a cardio of your choice after each round if you want! (burpees, running, anything) For an added challenge repeat again with 2 new exercises.
