Sometimes we have every intention of going to the gym and we would’ve… except the weather decides to not cooperate. So this can be a perfect time to get in an at-home workout to keep you sane! (if you’re like me and hate to miss a workout!)
5 RFT (rounds for time) of:
– 3:00 minutes on Air Dyne Bike (substitute with incline walking on treadmill, elliptical, running/walking your stairs. If you don’t have any of these do 1:00 of Mt. Climbers followed by 1:00 of Jump rope or jacks)
– 40 toe touch crunches
– 30 BW Lunges total (add weights if you got em)
– 20 Plank Ups (total)
– 10 Hollow Rocks
– 5 Burpees
