HAPPY NEW YEAR! It’s 2019 can you believe it!!!

Like many of us, you may have made some new year’s resolutions before and by March they were long gone; out of sight out of mind. Guess what that’s totally normal and happens! Breathe- you got this!

Here are my tips to ditch the resolutions and actually make 2019 your year!

1. Break the cycle! Don’t start on a Monday, or start cause it’s January. Start because you are finally ready to feel different! To look different. To be the version of yourself that you’ve always wanted to be. 

2. Change your Mindset. To change your body, you must first change your mind. 🙂  Be ready and willing to step outside your comfort zone- it’s going to be needed to make a real shift; to make real changes. 

3. Find a place/gym where you fit in. Find a place that is ready to meet you where you are and guide you through the process. Workouts, nutrition, you name it! We all need a coach, so don’t go at it alone. Find a place ready and wanting to teach you, support you and hold you accountable versus one that just gives you the space to walk around to figure it out on your own.
