What is an Edge Body class structured like?

Joining a gym can be intimidating. Especially if you are wondering;
“Can I do do this?”
“Will I be the only one who doesn’t know what’s going on or how to do these exercises?”

If you’ve thought that a time or two, don’t fret! This is very common and understandable. Anything can be slightly itimidating when we don’t know what to expect. So I wanted to put together this video to help give you an idea of what a class structure is like at Edge Body. Every gym is different, so this video allows you to get some insight into our unique flow and community. 

The classes always start on time and you will have myself or one of my other coaches there to explain how the workout is going to go. The workouts are different every day and we program to ensure you have balance in your training. We will warm you up appropriately for that day’s workout and explain/demonstrate all the exercises and lifts. This also includes providing modifications for all levels or injury limitations. Then it’s time to put some work in! We will always be moving around the room coaching form and technique and doing our best to keep you motivated to finish the workouts strong.
